G&M is a family firm, run hands-on by its founder and named for his two children, George and Mia. The idea behind it was simple: take on fewer drives a year and finish every one properly. You deal with the person doing the work from the first measure to the final seal — not a salesman, and not a sub-contracted crew.
That's the whole model. Fewer jobs means we're not rushing a pour to be somewhere else the same afternoon, and it means the falls, the cuts and the two-coat seal all get the time they need. It also means when you ring in a few years for a top-up, it's the same number and the same person.
